Would this drive you crazy?

We have neighbors that we spend time with due to their proximity and girls the same age as my youngest. They are very nice and like many of us have photos and artwork on most of their walls. On the occasions that  we have done some pet sitting, my husband straightened each and every frame on their main floors. They were all crooked. I suspect he has trouble breathing in a house with so many lop-sided things.
The photo above would make him faint straight away.

I love gallery walls that are floor-to-ceiling, salon style but many people want a more homogenous look to their galleries.

What say you? Can you deal with things in different frames? What if they were haphazard and (gasp) crooked?

I adore gallery walls, but yes crooked frames would drive me crazy! I'd have to level each one then put sticky pads in the corners so they stay level! Hope you feel better friend!

I love a gallery wall ... and love to mix it up ... but that first photo ... there are so many wrong things there, for me! I need some consistency somewhere and that doesn't do it for me. The second photo ... Yep, I could do that all day long!! xo

yes, yes, yes Kerry! I love your first 2 examples - fun and quirky I say. I hope to put up a gallery wall in our masters bedroom someday. I have one now in the basement but still needs a lot of work done.

I love a cluttered gallery wall. Different frames are a must but I couldn't deal with crooked.

The first photo would drive me nuts. I would have to fix them to "live" in the space. All I can think of is what a job keeping them dust free and straight!

I just purchased some museum putty to finally straighten some Audubon prints I have in my living room. No matter how many times I straighten them the door slams and after awhile they start to tilt. The room with all the crooked frames would drive me positively nuts!
