Tuesday artist spotlight :Christina Baker

Silent tears by Christina Baker
I am cheating just a little this week. Christina and I talk often via email and she has been a wonderful mentor to me. You may already know her work from the large number of Pinterest pins she gets. I first fell in love with her work over a year ago. Her flowing abstracts are so pretty and hold so much visual interest and the illusion of light.

Christina is represented By Gregg Irby fine art in Atlanta and has her own website and blog that are worth checking out.

Love letters by Christina Baker
She paints with a cool palette often but has been exploring rosy warm tones that I love. I am trying to convince her to paint more of them.

What do you think?

I love Christina's work! I'm with you, Kerry. I'd absolutely love to see her do more pinks and corals. The last one that's warmer is my favorite, but every one of her paintings is beautiful!
